St. James Becomes the Cathedral

A fire heavily damaged St. Charles Borromeo Cathedral necessitating a move to a new cathedral. Bishop Thomas  Grady petitioned the Holy Father Pope Paul VI to transfer the cathedral from St. Charles to St. James.
